SAF Biorefineries : Engineering and Construction
Our company specialises in the design, commissioning and operation of bioRefineries
producing hydrotreated vegetal oil (HVO), synthetic
paraffinic kerosene (SPK) and green Naphta out of vegetal oils, animal fat and used cooking
oil feedstock.
The HSBH-MCT suspended bed process opens the door to the usage of degraded
vegetal oil and advanced feedstock, while fixed bed catalyst solutions fits perfectly the
processing needs for UCO and animal fat.
HVO & SAF supplies
HX Energy Labs and its core partners are on track to become a key player in the
sustainable fuels industry, with a cumulated production
of 250,000 MT of biofuels and an anticipated increase of
its production capacity up to 500,000 MT by mid-2026.

of the HEFA pathway for processing inferior and heavy inputs
through high-temperature and high-pressure hydrophilic reactions.
With yield coefficient of light oil raised by 20-30% over conventional processes and significantly higher quality of products,
Haixin's technique is the most promising pathway for the transition to advanced feedstocks.

The HX Energy Labs explore advanced feedstock
production, including camelina, pongamia, brassica
carinata, algae, and others.
We are working with OLILAB, a company specialising in
water reclamation technologies and advanced farming,
including IMTA and IMTF facilities, to design and build
farming and aquaculture projects in Asia, Latin America
